Purchase details: your name, email address and mobile number, and (for the GST tax invoice) billing address, state and GSTIN if provided.
Device & license data: a hardware identifier (Hardware ID), the app version, and a periodic "online" signal — used only to operate and protect your license.
Payment data: processed directly by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card/UPI/bank credentials on our servers.
Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

To deliver and activate your license and provide support.
To generate your legal GST invoice.
To verify licenses and prevent fraud, misuse and abuse.
To contact you about your purchase or important service notices.

3. Payment processing

All payments are handled securely by Razorpay. When you pay, your payment information is submitted directly to Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. We only receive a confirmation and a payment/order reference needed to issue your license and invoice.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed to:

process your payment (Razorpay); and
comply with applicable law, legal process or a lawful government request.

5. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies needed for security and for the checkout/referral experience to work. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, signed/authenticated app requests, prepared database statements and automatic IP-abuse blocking. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Data retention

We retain purchase, license and invoice records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to records we must keep by law) by emailing info@gadhiyatechnologies.com.

TIGTEN is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 18.
