These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of TIGTEN ("the Software"), owned and operated by Gadhiya Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, purchasing, activating or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Ownership & control

TIGTEN and all of its intellectual property — including the source code, design, branding, name and logo — are owned and fully controlled by Gadhiya Technologies, who designed and developed it. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. You are not granted any ownership of the Software itself.

2. License & device binding

Each license is for the version you purchased and is locked to a single computer (identified by its hardware fingerprint / Hardware ID).
Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold, rented, shared or sublicensed.
The Software verifies the license online; a valid internet connection is required to run it.
A free trial may be used once per physical machine.
A newer version of the Software requires a separate new license.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the licensing of the Software, nor use it for any unlawful purpose. We may deactivate a license that is found to be misused, shared, or obtained fraudulently.

4. Pricing & payment

The price of TIGTEN is shown on our website and at checkout, inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. A one-time payment grants a license to the purchased version; there are no subscription or renewal charges.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Once payment is completed, no refund is provided. Please evaluate the Software using the free trial before purchasing.

6. Delivery

The Software and license are delivered digitally and instantly. There is no physical shipment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Third-party platforms & "as is" disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Some features interact with third-party platforms that are not controlled by us; if such a platform changes its rules, design or interfaces, certain features may stop working. This is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gadhiya Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, data or business arising from use of the Software.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Software and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
