TIGTEN is a digital software product. There is no physical
shipment. Nothing is couriered or posted; everything is delivered electronically.
1. Digital delivery — no physical goods
TIGTEN, sold by Gadhiya Technologies, is downloadable Windows software.
We do not ship any physical product, so no shipping address, courier or delivery
charges apply.
2. How you receive the product
- Software: download the installer any time from our
Download page.
- License: the moment your payment succeeds, a license key is generated and bound to
your device, and it is shown on screen. It is also tied to the Hardware ID you entered at
checkout, so the app activates automatically.
- Invoice: a GST tax invoice is generated instantly and can be downloaded right after
payment.
3. Delivery time
Delivery is instant (typically within a few seconds of a successful
payment). There is no waiting or dispatch period because the product is digital.
4. If you did not receive your license
In the rare case that your payment succeeded but the license key was not shown (for example a
network drop right after payment), please email
info@gadhiyatechnologies.com with your payment/order id
and Hardware ID. We will re-issue your key promptly. Our license system is idempotent, so you
will never be charged twice for the same order.
